BTW, I work for a bakery and we are woking on a new product. Free samples for all once we finalize the product! (errrr....not)

edit: I forgot, discuss your opinions and tastes regarding brownies please.

The chewy ones are soooooo good in texture!

Bad part is, they get stuck in your teeth. Milk is a must! :)

Since you work for a bakery here is my two cents....

MAKE SURE THEY DON'T TASTE LIKE CLAY!!!!!

also,

DON'T BURN THEM!!!!

also,

USE REAL COCOA, GOLDANGIT!!!!

also,

USE FROSTING THAT DOESN'T SUCK!!!!

As you can see, I've been disappointed by brownies before and bear the scars to this day.

They are very gourmet so we only use the best ingredients. Also, we wholesale them so the retail stores that sell them would have to carry the milk.

Are REAL brownies frosted or not????


(I'll eat 'em either way, was just wondering as you often see both types advertised as "brownies)

I like a nice brownie with a "heavier than cake, but not chewy" texture. Walnuts are nice, no icing.

The more fudgey/chewy the better. The really good ones have a thin cake layer and then a large dense chewy layer.
