I've never really understood the difference between 'food poisonion' and 'eating food that's gone bad'... but I've certainly just done one or the other.

I'm not really sure how or why... I bought some perfectly normal bagels and some perfectly normal spread... ate a few bagels with spread this afternoon and now my stomach feels absolutely turned inside out, I have a headache, shakes, shivers, the whole works.

Took three tylonel... that didn't do anything... took another three later on... still doesn't seem to have done anything.

Maybe it wasn't the bagels.

Ugh. Can't lie down... that feels even worse.

There is no difference. Both are "food poisoning" just of different degrees of infection/intoxication.

That might be an allergic reaction.

I went through that in December. If you start itching, swelling, or have trouble breathing.

Well the strangest thing happened... I took six pills, slept for two hours, and felt great. (I was probably high on drugs... )

Still, it didn't come back the next day.

I don't think I have any food allergies... hrmph. Wish I knew what caused that bout of illness.
