What with all the posts about chicken heads and caterpillars in food, just thought you might want to know where the meat used in taco bell products comes from. I haven't personally verified it, but know someone who works there who swears by it. According to this person, Taco Bell buys meat from Alpo, the company that makes dog food. Yummm Alpo Bell..maybe that's why their mascot is a dog.....

i heard actually it is only 1 step above alpo meat. great, yummy!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it is alpo dogfood, it's just that they buy their meat from that company. Kinda gross either way. And if it is just 1 step above, does that mean is basically is the dogfood with all the bones taken out? Ick.
