um, unless that foobar user has a clue like the others here and use the + - keys to adjust volume. you can also find it in the options if you look.

It's impractical...before you get your bits in a knot, I don't mean to say that it sucks, but it is not mentally ergonomic...

rtfm? it's quite simple to use if you take the time to figure out what you're doing. once you're past having your hand held by winamp you might do better.
