Fonts way too small in 98% of windows

This is a really neat error... one I've never seen before and neither has Google I guess;

All the fonts (boxes, IE, etc) with the exception of command prompt are too small to be seen... and I have no idea why.

If anyone has a clue that would be completely awesome.

A possibility: Right click your desktop, select Properties and select the Appearance Tab. What is the fot size? (You may have set the font size via Themes too.) Also in the same Display Properties panel, select the Settings Tab, select the Advanced box and check what you have DPI set at.

Display setings change if you use Windows Classic Settings or not. For more info, open Help, and search on "display font".
Finally, you may have hosed a system font by renaming it, installing a font with the same name or other methods.
