Fonts too small?

Was looking at 13 inch laptops. All of them are 1366x768, isn't that very very small on such a small screen? The icons would be very tiny right?

It isn't that much of a problem, besides with DPI and icon settings, you can make them bigger or smaller. And 1366*768 on a 13" isn't that bad. You should look at the Sony Z with a 1920*1080 screen on a 13", now that is some tiny text.
 
Stu is correct - just go to Display Properties/Advanced and change the DPI setting. It can also be customized. It changes both text and icon sizes.
 
Alternately for a quick fix for web browsing, hold the CTRL key and twiddle the mouse wheel.
