Fonts on the right side of my monitor look fuzzy

I just noticed recently that fonts that are on the right edge of my monitor are looking a bit fuzzy for some reason. It's only about the rightmost 1" or so, so it's not really that bad, more an annoyance. Any ideas what could cause this?

Is it hooked up via analog? Try Auto-Adjust or adjusting phase(coarse)/clock(fine) VGA settings in monitor setup.
