If you upgraded to Internet Explorer 8, have you experienced font and font size problems in both IE8 and OE6 since upgrading?
I'm running WinXP Pro and it's set to my LCD's monitor's native resolution of 1680 x 1050.
I changed "Right click desktop > Properties > Appearance > Font size" from Normal to Large Fonts a year ago when I got this monitor and everything was working fine for over a year.
After the recent MS Upgrade to IE8, I've been seeing fonts that look too small in IE8 and Outlook Express 6. Now a friend just mentioned that all of a sudden my OE emails have changed from Verdana 10 to Times New Roman 8. Yet when I check OE "Tools > Options > Compose" both Mail and News fonts are set to Verdana 10pt.
Something weird is going on with IE8 and OE6 either due to the upgrade to IE8 or some other recent MS upgrade.
Have any of you IE8 users experienced similar font and font size problems?
Also, Would the upgrade to IE8 affect OE6? Are they tied together somehow? I'm pretty sure I've been running OE6 for at least the past year and it still shows up as OE6 now.
Thanks,
Skyzoomer (Sorry for the long post)
