Font size issue

I've had this before, where my text size gets kicked up a notch without me changing it manually. Only IE is effected, no Firefox 1.5 Beta1. I tried changing it in accesability, but no luck. I've run spyware AND antivirus scan, but again, no luck. How do I fix this?

I'm gonna try a system restore in a few minutes.
 
In IE: View -> Text Size -> Medium.

Also while in IE if you hold down the ctrl key and turn the wheel, your font size will change dynamically, but this should only stick until you close IE.
