Font issue in Google Chrome

Hi guys,
I've noticed that, for some web sites, Chrome uses a light grey text for many sections of the site while Firefox uses a black font by default.
I'm on version 41 but the problem goes back a few months.
For example the Android Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.gm
That light grey makes it much less readable.
How can I fix it?

Go to your Chrome shortcut's properties (right click Chrome icon, go to Properties). Then in the "Target:" field, add
/high-dpi-support=1 /force-device-scale-factor=1
right after the closing quotation marks currently in that field. Make sure there's a space right after the closing quotation before you input the new text.
Click Apply , Restart Chrome.
Unpin Chrome from the task bar before you do this then repin

That improved things a lot.
When I now open, for example

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.gm

the small text now is much better, though the big text words (Description, Reviews, What's New, Additional Information) are still not perfect as in Firefox.
In Chrome the font of those words seems like it's "dotted" on the bottom.
I'd like to show you a screen capture but I can't find a way here in Anandtech forum.
