I just recently received this case, and I love the features of it, and the way it looks!

The prob that I'm having is with the side panel. I find it somewhat hard to remove and to put on. It seems to be really really tight, and I'm not sure what to do (or what not to do) to make it a little easier to pull off. Right now after I unlock it with the tabs, I kinda have to pry it off, and putting it back on is a chore as well.:disgust:

Has anyone else had this problem? Please let me know!

i know this sounds very elementary, but everyone overlooks the simple solutions now and then...i dont have the FK 320 like you, but i do have the FK 603, which is Fong Kai's mid tower. to open my case, i first have to squeeze some tabs on the back to get the back panel off. then either side panel will just slide off by pulling back. i'm sure you would have already noticed a feature like this if your case came that way, but you never know, so i thought i would mention it. make sure it doesnt slide along some sort of track or slide into position b4 you try to pry it off...

It's the case. I've got a 320 as well, and it's a pain to get the side panel on and off. It takes some practice to get it to line up just right with the mounting brackets. Unless you want to go in with pliers and a dremel and modify the mounting brackets, there's not much you can do about it.

My right side is hard to remove, but the left side is way easy...don't get it.

well isnt it usually the left side you want to open up in order to get to the mobo and cards, etc?

I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one with this problem. Just like someone said, the other side is fine to get off. Unfortunately, that's the side with the least amount of traffic!

jaggrey,
I have had two of the F-K 320's in beige, and they both were exactly the same.
I don't bother to lock the tabs once the side panel is in place, since it fits tight enough without.
It takes a little practice to find the easiest way to install the side panel, but I like the snug fit (fewer rattles).

My method is to fit the panel into the lower slots, then fit into upper slots,.............run your fingers along the bottom edge (to make sure panel is all the way flush and even along the lower edge of the case) ........... as you slide the cover forward.
You can see the top edge as you go forward, don't force
the panel, be patient and find your best method, once you do it's much easier.

I really like this case, but if you are going to be removing the cover frequently (like several times per wk) after your system is built, ............. I would take a closer look at the Antec SX series or the Addtronics models.
(Just a tip for others reading this post)
