Fong Kai 603: Extra cooling

Got the Fong Kai 603. Great case. Using the thermoengine. ok stock fan (staying with stock to keep noise down). Now I read on AMD's site and others, that it is better to have more outflow than inflow. I have good temps, but in the warm summer months, in my non-airconditioned living room, I run a little bit higher than I like. I'm thinking of getting a 92mm fan and putting under the top vents of the case...to blow air out. I can get a really quiet fan that pushes lots of air out. Do you think its better to do that, or to just get a new fan for my heatsink?
