Yes, it fits.
But is hell of nosy, and totally effectiveless.
Better tehe the duch off, and put the fan in the front, as intake fan.
Better noise kill if you put teflon all around the fan before fit into the plastic bracket.
 
Yes, the intake is loud, but it could be effective if you replace the fan with a Panaflo. Also, it accepts 120mm X 120mm fans in the front, so get a nice big Panaflo for that as well. Case Etc is one of the only places I know of to get them. Very quiet fans with good performance.
