Grabbed a FK320 white case from Newegg w/free shipping.
Some annoyances came up:
1. Had to really streeetch the IDE cable to DVD/CDRW drives because FK only has 3 5.25 drives and Epox decided to put their IDE connector at the bottom of the board. Not a good combo.
2. Some sharp/rough edges and 5.25 drive bay had no guide rails.
3. No internal speaker included.
My next case will be an Inwin or Superpower..

That is odd that you didnt get a speaker. When Fong Kai first started selling the 320s, they didnt put speakers in them, but after people complained they started selling them with speakers. I wonder if you got an older model.

Where did you find the sharp edges? I cant find any at all in my 320. And what do you mean by FK only put in 3 5.25 bays? Why would having less drive bays require you to stretch your IDE cable? Did you have other devices in the lower two bays?

In case you cant tell, I also have the 320, black version, and the only annoyance I have is that the left side panel is really a PITA to remove. Other than that I love the case.

Maybe it was just my batch that was on Sale w/free shipping that did not
have speakers.
The edges aren't knife sharp just rough on the case edges.
My main concern is that 8kha+ ide headers are located on the bottom side
and the drive bays are at the top making the connection abit of a stretch.
IDE cables have a standard maximum length...

THe 320 is 21.5" high. Most IDE cables are 18" long, so yes I do see your problem. BUT, anycase that you buy that is 21" or higher you may have problems, all until you go buy your self some 24" IDE cables, or until you buy a motherboard with the IDE port higher up the motherboard. Not counting the last year or so, all my motherboards had their IDE ports higher up the motherboard. And thats not even talking about where the floppy port is on some newer motherboards (VERY bottom), and how a lot of tower cases have a single 3.5" drive bay at the very top of the case. Don't complain about the 320, cause their are a lot of cases that are musch bigger. But then if you wanted a dinky case, why did you buy the 320?
