**follow up to - bandwidth caping

Well I cant seem to find away to do it on my network. So the next step is to just go to each computer and limit there dl/ul via there NIC's. Well i searched around through the NIC properties(its a generic linksys card) and I cant seem to find an option that would limit the speed. I guess I could change the duplex but im looking for a more set in stone setting.

What do you guys think? Know where the setting is(XP)?
