Unlike the UPS driver above, perhaps Fred does not yet want to reveal everything. 😉 I am guessing he found that Core2Quad in the sock drawer, and is putting it to good use!

My X370 mobo died after hundreds of days of 24/7, so I am replacing it with the X570.

I will put it in my water-cooled rig with the 2700X, and I will put the 1700X on my air-cooled X470. When I determine which CPU I want, I'll put it into the water-cooled rig and put the 2700X back where it belongs.

@TennesseeTony, thanks for the picture of your driver (which explains why you order a lot ot things.)
When I first met my driver, Tom, I told him I had found a terrific sale of Levi's jeans. And the best part of the order was, "... there was free shipping... so I don't know how he's getting paid."
He said, "I'm just doing you a favor, today."

That's my kind of guy!

The parcel spent one night in Spokane, WA. I spent a year there one night. It's the dullest place in the world.

The X570 TaiChi is up and running with my 2700X Ryzen. The X470 is almost complete with the 1700X and water cooling. It should be up in a day or so.

Thanks for urging the little brown truck along its journey. Especially, the urging needed to get it out of Spokane before it lost its will to crunch.
