not bleeding edge anymore, but I put up some pretty good numbers with AMD 2100+Tbreds awhile back, so what to do with the couple I have left ?

PM me if you have any ideas on this, or if you can use a couple more rigs................

Crunch folding@home, you think a 2100+ is old? I'm crunching on my fileserver that is a 1GHZ PIII and it has deadline WUs, your machines are plenty useful.

Are you already running as many rigs as you can afford the electricity for?

these have been replaced by A64s, I can only afford to keep so many running 24/7. The A64s give me better production so these have been sitting idle for a while now.

usefull yes, but the cost/benift ratio is not too good.

I know some ppl here run a few machines at work, school, etc: or a whole fleet in a computer lab somewhere.

all my rigs from day 1, 5 or 6 years ago have been my own, in my house, with me paying for the electric bill.
you reach a point where it just dosen't make sense to keep 20+ machine running 24/7.

yes they can still be productive, but not for me any longer.

so I you or NE1 else want's to put them to use, just shoot me a PM. I'm generally pretty flexible...
