Folding@Home vs. Genome@Home

I confess I'm a little confused, so perhaps someone can help me out. My Folding@Home client allows me to select either Folding@Home or Genome@Home, but I'm entered only on the Anandtech Genome@Home team. Have I been doing work that has not been counted? Should I sign up for the Folding@Home team too?

the folding at home 3.0 client software allows you to either enter the 3 digit F@H team number or the 6 digit G@H team number
independent of that , you can choose to either do F@H or G@H or both work types

but regardless of the type of work you select, the credit goes to the team number you enter (3 or 6 digit/F@H or G@H)
