Sorry if this is a repost, but Science Daily reports First Distributed Computing Success! Congrats to the community for this mainstream milestone, surely to stir some more interests in DC projects methinks!
 
Yeah I saw this late last night and posted about it since I feel just as you do!
This is good for DC!
 
I sure didn't understand much of that article but I did understand this...

"These experiments represent a great success for distributed computing," Pande said. "Understanding how proteins fold will likely have a great impact on understanding a wide range of diseases."
