ive been folding for a while but im confused what its doing right now ive never seen it do this what in the world is going on?

Also are there utilities for monitoring folding at home similar to what seti has with setispy?
 
You have received one of the newly released Gromacs Work Units.

They display slightly different stuff when they are preparing to work.

These used to be Beta WUs and were only received if you used the -advmethods switch in your F@H command line.
but just recently, they have been released to everyone.

Insidious has already explained the new core (Gromacs) so I needn't repeat what he has already said. As for monitoring the Folding@Home CLI (or GUI), I prefer KDFold, but there are also other utilities for this (they are listed in this thread). Hope this helps. 🙂
