Ahoy!

I've got F@H running in two instances (two seperate installations in 2 seperate folders) and want to modify the processor usage I allow for each. I believe the last time I did this, I opened up client.cfg in a text editor and changed what I needed to. This time however, I only see data similar to this:

[settings]
machineid=1
local=1

[http]
active=no

Any idea why I'm not able to edit the settings? Am I looking at the wrong file now?

Just for the record, I'm running the 5.04 command line version and would like to let it run all the time, however need to drop the amount of processing power I allow. This is a laptop and so having both cores at 100% can be an issue in hotter rooms. Thanks! :)

you want to make a shortcut of fah-console.exe and then go right click it, go to properties, and add -config after the shortcut target. then, open the shortcut, and now you are in config mode.

Also, make sure to add a space before the dash. I think this shortcut should also have the -local flag just like the regular shortcut you use to start the clients.

While you are in config, check that your name is correct and the TeAm number is 198.
