Folding@home - PPD not as expected (T9500)

I used to get ~2,000 PPD on this same system (link).

Now, I'm getting a mere ~50 PPD (around 2.5% of my previous PPD).

Relevant information:
  • SMP WU is being worked on, at "Full" capacity (client version 7.4.4).
  • CPU is a T9500, running at 100% load (both cores are at 100% in Task Manager).
  • OS (Vista) power settings are configured for maximum performance.

Core temps are nearing 70 °C (which is around 15 °C more than what I used to get), so perhaps it is throttling? Although even if it was, it would not explain such a huge drop in performance.

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: PPD is now reported at around 1,100. Is it just an estimation error based on how much of the WU has been completed? Meaning if I wait a bit longer, it will reach ~2,000?

EDIT2: PPD now ~1950.
