The main reason for this is in part the increased production of The Folders and due to the fact the The Folders need two more members to catch up with TAS-F@H. Now it starts to make a difference!

Nice Petrusbroder. 😀 Appreciate the work you are putting into this.

Will there be any rules restricting tweaking, adding crunchers, etc. after the race starts? Not that anyone would do anything like that. :evil: 😉
Or will this be an unrestricted race?

Hey, come on, this is a wild race!
You can add, assimilate, tweek, optimize or cool down your systems as much as you like.
You can - if it is technically possible - cache, flush, collect WUs as you want.

The point is: the project and the TeAm has to benefit. Therefore: no cheating!

OK you want rules? Here are the rules:

1. Have fun.
2. Let others have fun.
3. Crunch as much as you can, as often as you can and as efficiently as you can.

About cacheing and collecting WUs:

All WUs, except deadlineless, have deadlines after which you will get no credit.

If I remember right, the deadlines are such that a 500 Mhz computer would finish, even if not run 24/7.

There is also a re-issue deadline after which the WU will be reassigned to another computer.

F@H projects are time sensitive - a new WU is made from the results you send in!

Think of it like a movie, each WU is one frame. Frame #2 cannot be started until frame #1 is finished.

Since you're here, can you help me with a question. When installing more than one instance (each as a service) how so you get the -local flags set for each of them.

Do service installs still require registry key editing to add flags? Are there more than one registry entry for more than one instance?

If you check one of the stats posts there's a link to my setup guide, I explain how to edit the registry settings for each service.
 
Ok, I think I am an idiot.

I re-checked the guide and still can't find if there is more than one registry key to edit when multiple instances are installed.

Is there an image path to be edited for each instance?

Yes there is. For each folder you have F@H in, and you've run the configuration for each processor ( naming the 1st one #1 and the 2nd as #2 ) when you go to regedit you'll find two instances of F@H listed. Just add the extra flags you want there.
