Hi Chris and welcome to you and all the newcomers

After you get the windows reinstalled and running the way you want. Get the version of folding at home. When you install you will enter in your username, make sure it is the same as your existing one. Also make sure you enter 198 when asked for the team number.

Also, as GLeeM said above, if you have 1 GB or more of ram make sure you choose the option to load WU's > 5MB as this gives you the bonus WU's.

To the rest of the Team, sorry haven't been checking in recently. Hope to drop in more often as finally fixed the broken water heater and furnace over the weekend.

I just joined, er, at least put in 198 as my team number into the console thingy: C2D system (6300@3GHz), x1900GT@608x693, using the GPU client. Do I have to sign up anywhere else or just donate the points?

Hello bobsmith1492 and welcome!

No need to sign up anywhere, the client will send in the results when the first WU is finished and get another. I think it takes about half a day to finish those GPU WUs.
