It's fairly simple. First, you will need to download and install some software. You will want to consider whether you want to fold on just CPU or use your 4870 as well.

Your Athlon should do well with the SMP client. This is an application which runs one thread for each core of your CPU.

Once you have set it up you simply need to ensure your team number is set to 198!
