Thanks for the stats GLeeM

Are you tired of working or do you crunch more on the weekends? I'm ready for it too even though I've been a total slacker this week. We had Mardi Gras Monday and Tuesday and I left early for grad school yesterday.

Folding Slack-a-holic,

Gravity

P.S. Thanks for all you do on the stats Gleem!

Lol @ legoman, I was thinking of doing that on all my school's computers, that'd be like 150 crunchers going consistently for about 16 hours a day 😛 plus my dad's office has about another 10-15 computers I could crunch heavily on for 24 hours a day, not to mention my own system 😛 I might actually do this...

At Some places you can get in a lot of trouble for that. There is the trace left (your ID and team). I would ask fist.

I know, plus I would have to have admin access on all of the machines to add it to the start up. At present I only have admin access on my machine.

Just wishful thinking.

not a very good idea IMO... you're risking lots of trouble for not much gain except some ppd.

Ya, there was a guy on here that was prosecuted for installing FAH on university machines. Nice guy but got totally screwed, lost his job, all his money and his wife. People don't understand distributed computing; they are afraid of it. If it looks like someone is gaining financially from FAH and it wasn't approved, then you could get branded as a hacker or reprobate.

it's best to get permission before you proceed.

Keep folding,

Gravity
