Thanks GLeeM, yet once again for doing the stats and the MM'ers especially blert on making 2,000,000.

I have had a couple WU hang at 50% over the last week, the last one being a 3062 WU that happened this morning 11:00. Anybody else having similar issues. The last time I had this hanging issue was to do with my internet getting flaky but with the last two happening right at the 50 percent point is suspicious.

Congrats to the MM's, especially blert at 2M! Very nice.

On my two XP boxes I have been getting nothing but 30XX units for a while now. I was getting them on my Linux machine until I figured out how to delete them. That machine has only been getting 26XX units the last couple weeks (which is good news).

I did try deleting the 30XX units on my XP boxes, but it keep grabbing them again, so I just let them do their thing. I have all of a 30 minute window to get them completed, so if either machine goes down, they don't finish in time.

Rather than deleting them, why not use a firewall to prevent download?

If you download the WU then delete it you are slowing the project down because the WU won't be reassigned until after the preferred deadline has passed.

The deadlines are all of 2 days I think on those WU's.
And I'm not messing with my firewalls to exclude a certain WU on one machine.
Right now I have 4 machines folding at my residence and it is far too much effort to try to restrict certain WU's coming to 1 machine. Much easier to just delete the WU.

I look at it as my contribution weekly versus potentially deleting one or two units and deem it to be trivial to the outcome of the project.

I assume my electric bill is due to the HVAC, lights and television. It keeps me sane to put on the rose glasses and believe with all my :heart: that the DC is free!

When mine hit $210, I shut half my boxes down ! They can live with 14k ppd.....
