So today I have a user that complaining about the way XP views her folder arrangements when she goes to File->Open in any program (Words, Excel, Inventor, ect..) Each time I try and change it to the way she wants it, it just resets when I go to open another file. All she wants is to save it to Arrange by Name.
It seems to save ok in Windows Explorer just not when you try opening a file through a program.
Any ideas? Im stumped
