Folder synchronization with Windows XP

I did a search for this, but I didn't come up with anything unfortunately. Anyways, here's the deal - I can use XP's built-in synchronization utility to sync files across the network with no issues. However, I cannot retain their folder structure when I do this.

For example, if I make a folder, from a remote computer, available offline, all of the files in that folder will show up on the local machine as sync'd...but they won't be in a folder. Basically, the Offline Files folder on the local machine will be filled with tons of files, but no folders.

Any ideas on how to replicate the folder structure as well? Basically, how do you sync folders with the files in them?

Thanks!
