Folder Options

I'm using Win2K and I like to view my folders as lists. Is there a preference that allows me to set all folders to a default list setting?

i think if you set it in a folder and close it, it should default to that in every folder.

under view choose list. Then under folder options choose "like this folder" or something like that. that will make all folders you open have the list view
