let's start with a picture.

Now, see how in the address bar I have typed in "MP3's".
I want to be able to define certain words such as MP3's that I can type in the address bar and whenever i am browsing any folder or anything in that view, to be able to type in that word and then have it goto a certain folder i have specified for that word. Is there a way to do this in windows? And if not, is there a program that lets me do this?? thanks!
 
This is easy to do with Start/Run, but I just set it up and while it works there it doesn't for the address bar... darn 😉

you could set an environmental variable
i.e. go to control panel, system click Advanced tab, click environmental variables --- set Tunes to c:\Documents and Settings\Dave\My Documents\My Music
then you'd just type in %Tunes% and it would go to that directory
