folder duplicating between Win2k and WinXP (on different logical drives) ... possible?

I have a few folders that I want to be automatically duplicated onto two logical drives. My current setup is something like this:

Win2k OS drive
Win2k file drive
WinXP OS drive
WinXP file drive

The folders contain things that can be used by both operating systems, like wallpapers, audio files, things of that nature. I know the easiest thing would have been to create another logical drive, but I hadn't thought of that. Is it possible to have Windows automatically duplicate a folder so if you change its contents in one drive they're also changed in the other? This is probably a long shot, but worth a try ...
