Folder disappeared in Windows Explorer

Yesterday I clicked on a folder in windows explorer to open it,but when I did it said something about not being able to find the path and the folder disappeared.
It is still there because the hard drive volume hasn't changed, but the folderis not showing so I can't find anything.

I have tried restarting the computer and also unplugging/replugging the hard drive.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
