folder background colors in XP

I want to make them light gray instead of white. How do I do that?

That's on a per-directory basis, unless I have it put the desktop.ini everyewhere?

It will do the folder and whatever subfolders are in it, it has a couple of bugs though like trying to open the hidden system folder on a drive which usually causes an error so it won't let you do the entire C drive in one run. You will have to run it on C:\Program Files and then C:\Windows etc.
