Folder Access Denied

I either had a really bad virus or some spyware or something and i had to do a windows repair. Then i started getting blue screen of death and memory errors and such. So I went ahead and tried to repair windows again so i could copy some important files to a different partition. However, i couldnt get windows install to complete, and i had to place a fresh copy of windows on a different partition. Now i am on a fresh install of windows on a clean partition.

The problem is when i try to open my old user folder on the C drive it says access is denied. I can open other users folder but not mine (administrator). Is there a way i can get around this? There are a few documents and such that i need to recover from inside of there. I was thinking of using command prompt, but i dont remember the commands and i dont know the exact location of some of the stuff.
