A joke I heard and use: Usually gets the initial sick look from people followed by the big laughs (that only sick potty humor can deliever).

Ask someone: "Know how a cheap German saves money on toilet paper?", When they ask how, show them. Take a single piece of toilet paper, poke your finger through it, wiggle it around, and then use the single sheet to wipe the finger off.
