Fog lights question

Really close to buying 2007 accord coupe ex-l 4cyl. Should i go ahead and get the fog lights option for this car? or would i get better performing fog lights if i went with an aftermarket set. I will be driving through crappy weather at times, and want to be prepared the best for it and have the best visibility!
 
how much do they normally run? Honda's MSRP is $335. Do you think i can get the parts and install for around the same?
 
I always stick with OEM Foglights because they fit better and look better. I installed a set of OEM fogs myself and it was pretty easy to do. I asked the dealership and they gave me the installation guide
