Here are a couple of links to the best pics I could get (camera phone) of the problem...

My mixture for 1L was Distilled water, 1.5-2 capfulls of zerex, 3 drops of dye-lite UV. This was mixed before I filled the loop. At first it wasn't foamy at all, but after leaving for 3 hours I came back to foam. If I stop the pump the water is very clear, and divided from the foam in the tubing.

Any ideas on what I should do? Just leave over night or drain now? Or?

I did a mixture of 1 gallon jug of water to a "splash" (3-4 cap fulls) of Zerex and got similar results when added to my loop. I let it run, and every hour or so (I should mention that I have a T-line) I would check back and see that the level of bubbles in my T-line was slightly lower... so I added straight distilled to my line, let it go for another hour, added more distilled, etc. Eventually it got to the point where there were still bubbles in my loop but clearly not as foamy as before... topped off my T-line and every couple hours (excluding overnight) I would flick the tubing wherever bubble was collecting and some would eventually end up in my T-line... flicked those bubbles until they got to the top of my line, added more distilled, rinse and repeat. About a day later, my loop was free and clear of bubbles.

Draining is going to be difficult because your loop is like 90% air (okay, maybe not that much but you get the idea) so I would try adding more water to your res (straight distilled, no more zerex) and let it go for a couple hours... check on the level of bubbles and repeat as necessary. It might take a day or two, but you'll get there.
