Personally, I would go with an Antec 400 watt power supply. I would also look at the soltek SL-75DRV4 (It think thats the ) and a slightly larger fan like the Ord 6cu+. You can't over-cool. And you may consider waiting for some KT333 boards.

Great mobo choice. :) 500W may be a little overkill, tho. I have a similiar power requirement setup, and my Antec PP403X is more than enough. If anything, the voltage mod for the 8KHA+ would be a better choice than a more powerful PSU if you are going to overclock.
