FM Tuner for a Laptop

Anyone know of one? I'm currently using an old stereo to tune FM on my laptop. The problem is it's analog. I need to find a digital FM tuner. Anyone got some ideas?
 
I picked up one of the d-link radios from officemax for $2 on clearence 2 years ago... it works decent enough, but man, does the software that you have to use with it suck or what...
 
Anyone know if there are any open source projects for this receiver? It seems like a natural. I also picked one up on clearance at Office Max or Office Depot, haven't really played with it yet.
 
It would be cool if someone made a winamp plugin for the radio...I tried looking all over the place, no one seems to care about this. Actually there are other programs that work with the D-link radio, but it takes a long time to set them up, I got this program called radiator to work under winME but not XP...
