Fm transmitter not working

I have bought this fm transmitter from factory direct and it has suddenly stopped working. When connected the display turns on. It shows track playing when connected to USB but it dosent play anything. I bought a new USB but still it's the same. I tried changing the frequency too but dosent seem to work. Any suggestions ?
