FM Radio on the PC

You know how on some car stereos it displays the name of the radio station, and the name of the song... only thru the FM tuner... not XM or anything. Is there any way to use this feature in Media Center Edition, or is there any 3rd party software that lets you uyse this feature? I believe that the song info is just streamed over the airwaves someway, but I dont know

It's called RDS, but I only know of car radios that use it.

ohhh, so its a special feature that has to be on the FM reciever? so, prolly my TV tuner card wont have it
