FM, AM, and HD radio computer part.

I'm looking for a computer component that will allow me to listen in to (/record) FM, AM, and HD radio. Preference given for PCIe, but PCI or USB are fine if that's all that's available.

I'm actually not even sure if this exists, any help is appreciated.

Why not buy a radio/XM radio device and plug it in to your line in?

Not bad, but I'd prefer an integrated device, especially with HD-radio, as that's a digital signal. I'll keep that in mind as a backup.

Most PCI/PCIe TV tuners will handle AM/FM radio. HD Radio, I don't know.
