Fluke Recommendations?

Looking to spend under $100.00, I'm taking Cisco1 right now and hoping to use this to test basic cables that I make, added features are a plus however I don't think I'll be able to score wire mapping in that price range. Suggestions?

Just get a CAT5 tester. Faster than a DMM and much cheaper.

Yeah, definitely good luck trying to find a fluke under $100. For that kind of money all you may get is to see if the line is active or not.
