For starters, she didn't serve him $25,000 worth of booze. He got maybe $1500 worth of booze (Luc Belaire is like $30 a bottle and not particularly good) and some extremely overpriced frozen wings.

Could it be, and I know this hurts a lot of servers feelings, that she just wasn't that good at her job? Sports figures have gone broke super fast. Lots of places don't stock large bottle. They are hard to pour accurately, especially for women bar tenders. And, I would imagine, if it were anything other than the standard, it would have stated it, similar to the 6-liter of champagne they bought.
