So what exactly is he accused of here? Using a substance that boosted his testosterone, something that would not in anyway help him out during the race?

He's alleging there were multiple issues with the processing of the sample and the related leaks to the press (nothing was supposed to go out until the B sample was confirmed).

For me, the jury is still out on this. One positive sample for testosterone doesn't seem to make a lot of sense medically, but at this point I frankly assume all pro riders are doping or have doped, pretty much without exception.
Sad, but true. The further up the food chain I go with racing, the more jaded I get.

I work with a guy who is a CAT1 racer and he is convinced everyone on the pro tour is doping or has used performance enhancing drugs.
