Jesus Christ that's vicious, these things are relentless..

Even so I'd rather tangle with a gator then say a Leopard which would be capable of leaping right over that garbage can and directly onto your wind-pipe!

Also even though large gators CAN move pretty fast in a straight line, they don't "handle" well at all and run out of gas quickly since they have no way to self-regulate body temp plus stubby little legs.

Getting away from a pissed off big cat OTOH....

*(I feel a lot more sympathy for the poor leopard then the people here myself)

Yea, the trade off of being cold-blooded, much less fuel consumption but limitations in how long it can go full-force. At least that leopard didn't seriously hurt anyone, (although it could have if i wanted), agree that it looked scared as hell. Mr gator has a plan for big stuff like us (if he can grab you), just pull the victim into deeper water and drown it, hopefully your dead before he starts ripping chunks out of you.

Usually the "ripping chunks"part (followed by profuse bleeding and screaming) is what hastens along the whole "death" thing!

:p

Big gators like to grab ahold of (ideally) an arm or leg but really anywhere solid-meat/bone will do, and then they start twisting till the "meat" in question comes "loose"....
