According to ABC affiliate WFTV in Orlando, Barrett was already on probation and wearing a court-ordered GPS monitor for a number of felony offenses, including kidnapping, multiple counts of sexual battery with a weapon or force and grand theft.

I mean...what a dummy. Didn't he realize that the best method here would be to short the stock, and then bomb the stores, and make out like a bandit as soon as the stock plummeted? Cheaper to short and instant win on crash without having to wait on some speculative recovery.
