Apparently, a Texas city has a law that women can only have 6 dildos, or is it 6 dildos is too many, so hard to know...

Actually this law got struck down recently. So he is wrong. But Texas wasn't the only state with a dildo law.

Don't understand the desperate part, but the crazy part is that in 2008, when the law was repealed, the Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott, who was the state's attorney general at the time, actually went to court in an attempt to uphold the dildo ban. That's 2008, not ancient history. That's what was crazy, not that the old law was on the books.

Scary thing is that these things don't just come out of nowhere. Some of the crazier ones had to have been a large problem in some way for there to be a law forbidding them.

I believe so, but mostly forgotten and not enforced except in extreme cases of crazy.
