I just built a system on a Asus K7V mobo and everything runs fine EXCEPT for the floppy (of all things). I plugged everything in and in Device Manager it says that the floppy controller is working fine. The floppy drive LED just stays on the whole time, from boot to shut down, it won't turn off, like its constantly reading I guess. But when I click to use it, windows will say the dreaded "A: not accessible" msg... I even bought a new one and have the same problems with the new one, so I tried using it on my other mother board (Asus A7V133) and the same thing happens. Maybe its just my crappy luck that I get these drives that don't work with both my motherboards. Any thoughts? solutions? will be well appreciated.
